I do my thing and you do your thing. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it’s beautiful. If not, it can’t be helped. -Gestalt Prayer

“Be the change. Be the good.”
I’m a proud two-time graduate of Troy University, earning my Bachelor of Science in Human Services in 2022 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025. I’m currently completing the hours required for my LPC.
Troy became my home during my college years, and I’m grateful for the chance to give back to this community and the surrounding areas. My passion is working with young people, helping them fill their “toolboxes” with skills, strategies, and encouragement to face life’s challenges with confidence. My approach is rooted in compassion, honesty, and meeting others exactly where they are.
When I’m not in sessions, I’m usually with my husband cheering on the Troy Trojans or at home with our two pups, Blu & Scarlett.”

CONTACT
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and some of life’s more difficult seasons. I also work with children, offering support in ways that feel natural, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. I’m especially passionate about working with trauma survivors and creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and in control of their process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong person-centered foundation that allows insight to emerge naturally in a way that feels genuine rather than forced.
I also have a special interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental differences. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, navigate social and emotional experiences, and build on their strengths—without asking them to change who they are at their core.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up as you are and be met with honesty, care, and respect. From there, we can begin to make sense of patterns, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montevallo and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. Outside of work, I enjoy creating art and entertaining friends and family.

I am a practicing LPC and have been counseling for 5 years. In that time, I have primarily treated children and adolescents for a variety of issues such as AD/HD, anger, and depression.
When it comes to therapy, I don’t believe that one size fits all. Everyone comes to therapy with their own unique set of life experiences, culture, and beliefs. Because of this, the same intervention could work differently for different people.
I believe that therapy should feel like a place where one can drop their guard and feel accepted. As we progress through the sessions together, it is my goal to help the client reach a solution cohesive with their life. And while the path to that solution might involve some uncomfortable conversations, I believe that this will ultimately help the client as they attempt to overcome their difficulties in life.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Mobile, a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University, and post-graduate training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from Troy University. Outside of work, I enjoy playing my guitar, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
